	Les Langrons est une maison traditionnelle datant du début du 19e siècle. Elle est située au hameau de Villars, à cinq minutes en voiture de Semur-en-Auxois, capitale de la région Auxois, et à dix minutes du Muséoparc d'Alésia à Alise Sainte Reine et à 15 minutes de Flavigny sur Ozerain. Les Langrons est entouré d'une parcelle de deux hectares et se tient sur la crête d'une colline avec un beau panorama sur des paysages de bocage (prairies et haies). La propriété se compose de deux bâtiments indépendants: la ferme avec ses 3 chambres d’hôtes et le gîte rural, qui a été converti à partir d'une ancienne grange. Depuis la ferme, porte et fenêtres donnent sur le jardin de devant, où les hôtes sont invités à se détendre, table et chaises vous attendent à l’ombre d’un frêne. De l'autre côté de la salle, de grandes fenêtres et porte-fenêtre donnent sur la cour et la campagne environnante.
Les Langrons is a traditional stone-built farmstead dating from the early 19th century. It is located just outside the hilltop hamlet of Villars, only five minutes drive from Semur-en-Auxois, the capital of the Auxois area, and only ten minutes from the new Muséoparc d'Alésia at Alise Sainte Reine, and 15 minutes from the medieval hilltop village of Flavigny sur Ozerain. The farmstead is surrounded by a paddock of five acres (two hectares) and stands on the crest of a ridge with views in all directions of unspoilt countryside. The property consists of two independent buildings: the farmhouse, and the holiday cottage, which was converted from an old stone barn. The farmhouse sits within its own garden, overlooking the courtyard with pastoral scenery to the front and back. It is run by the owner as a small B+B for six guests: it has three double bedrooms, one of which also has an additional single bed all have their own en suite bathrooms (shower only).
The cottage also has its own private garden. It has a double bedroom and is perfect for a couple, but up to two additional guests can sleep in a mezzanine bedroom for a supplement. Both the farmhouse and the barn have been restored and have all modern comforts such as good insulation, double glazing, and central heating making them ideal for off-season holidays or house-hunting. The interiors are spacious and bright, with high ceilings and large windows, and are comfortably furnished, partially with antiques.	Le gîte était anciennement une petite grange. Elle est devenue une maison indépendante, idéale pour un couple. Le gîte est dominée par une salle de séjour / cuisine / salle à manger qui a un caractère traditionnel fort sympathique. De grandes baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur un jardin privatif et une petite terrasse donnant sur un pré, où les hôtes peuvent prendre leurs repas en plein air.
